1. Introduction

Welcome to Billing Sphere. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, POS applications, services, and hardware integrations provided by Billing Sphere ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services & POS Software

Billing Sphere provides cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) software, table management, KOT printing, inventory tracking, analytics, and payment integration solutions for restaurants, retail, cafes, and hospitality businesses.

3. Payment Partner Integrations (Razorpay)

Payment processing, swipe machines, and QR soundboxes provided in conjunction with Razorpay are subject to Razorpay’s standard merchant terms, KYC verification, and transaction settlement guidelines. Billing Sphere is not liable for delayed payouts resulting from third-party banking holidays or KYC review holds.

4. User Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your store account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

5. Intellectual Property

All software algorithms, user interface designs, logos, and proprietary technology in Billing Sphere are the exclusive intellectual property of Billing Sphere and Fuerte Developers. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our platform without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Billing Sphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from network connectivity failures, hardware damages by third parties, or power disruptions at your store premises.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
